Bandi Coastal IPE doormats are constructed out of the prestigious Brazilian hardwood, IPE. Also known as "Brazilian Walnut", this specialty hardwood is very strong and dense while also being excellent for insect resistance making it a perfect fit for a long lasting mat. The slat design allows for dirt and mud to be cleaned off of shoes and falls through the cracks leaving a clean walking surface. This is much more effective than traditional mats that "smear" the dirt and mud on top.
